The Job
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day office administration, general secretarial tasks, and coordinating with vendors and clients. Ideal candidate for this position is a bilingual Japanese graduate with at least two year’s work experience and is a good team player.
Job Description
- Handle telephone calls, coordinate with vendors, and order office supplies
- Issue and manage invoicing
- Support external accounting and HR partner with required documentation
- Support international staff’s HR documents, visa applications
- Other administrative/secretarial tasks
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; proficient with MS Office
- Good communicator: native-level Japanese language; fluent in English with experience working in a multinational environment
- Responsible and organized: ability to prioritize tasks with sound judgment
- Can be trusted keep information about staff, vendors and clients confidential
- Maintain a high level of conduct and ethics at all times
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic team player: eager to provide insight and receive feedback

Working Hours
- 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday
- Work from home and / or office flexibility
