IVRy Showcases AI-Powered Voice Solutions at Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2024

IVRy Inc., a provider of conversational voice AI SaaS, showcased its solutions at the Call Center/CRM Demo & Conference 2024 on November 21-22 at Sunshine City Bunka Kaikan in Tokyo. The exhibition is a major event for the call center and customer support industry, focusing on the latest technologies in customer experience, AI and contact center operations. The announcement of IVRY’s participation in the conference was announced by Jiji Press (in Japanese). At their booth (2G-05), IVRy presented its AI-driven voice solutions, including automated phone reservations and call data visualization. A seminar led by VP of BizDev Shiobu Miyahara highlighted the success stories from Recruit and NRI Digital, demonstrating how IVRy’s solutions transform call centers.

CData to Exhibit at Japan Tableau User Group 2024

CData Software Japan will be a platinum sponsor at the Japan Tableau User Group (JTUG) 2024 General Meeting on December 6th, according to a report from BIGLOBE News (in Japanese). At the event, CDATA will showcase its integration products that enable Tableau users to connect to more than 300 types of SaaS and database sources, including business data from kintone, SAP ERP and APIs for electric vehicles such as Tesla. The demonstrations will highlight how CData tools facilitate real-time data connections and visualization across various platforms. CData will also host a sponsored session featuring a practical Tableau dashboard created using its solutions. This event aims to empower businesses with improved data access and analytics capabilities. 

AWS Japan Launches “AWS SaaS Support Program” to Boost SaaS Growth

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Japan introduced the AWS SaaS Support Program to help software companies transition to SaaS models and expand their businesses, according to a report from Enterprise Zine (in Japanese). The program is divided into three phases: “Start,” “Create” and “Expand,” offering support for migrating to the cloud, innovating SaaS products and scaling businesses internationally. The program includes resources such as credit support for system migration, SaaS Boot Camps and access to AWS Marketplace for both domestic and global sales. The AWS Global Passport program further aids overseas expansion with consulting support and credits for international AWS usage. The launch event featured customer case studies highlighting successful SaaS migrations and global expansions. 

Logo Lab Exhibits at Startup JAPAN EXPO 2024 – Autumn

LogoLab Inc., the provider of Japan’s first brand permission management SaaS, exhibited at Startup JAPAN EXPO 2024 – Autumn, one of Japan’s largest startup exhibitions, according to a report from PR Times (in Japanese). The event took place at Tokyo Big Sight on November 20-21, and was hosted by Sansan Inc. The expo featured around 300 startups and support companies. LogoLab is a platform designed to streamline the management of brand data and permissions, crucial for maintaining a company’s brand image and copyrights. It includes features such as AI-driven brand credit checks and reputation monitoring. The company’s booth showcased their new brand permission management platform, demonstrating the latest version of the software and sharing new case studies.
