freee and SMBC Group Launch Incloop for Enhanced SaaS Support Services

freee and SMBC Group’s Plaritown Co., Ltd. announced the establishment of Incloop, a new company dedicated to providing SaaS implementation support and business process reengineering (BPR) consulting services, according to a report from CNET Japan (in Japanese). Set to commence operations in late September, Incloop aims to facilitate digital transformation for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) facing challenges such as lack of personnel and uncertainty on how to begin the digitization process. Since their partnership began in August 2022, freee and Puraritown have identified a significant demand for comprehensive support that goes beyond merely offering digital services. Incloop will initially focus on implementing freee products while exploring future opportunities to introduce additional SaaS solutions, BPR consulting, and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The initiative also aims to collaborate with regional financial institutions to enhance digitization efforts for corporate clients.
