Declaration regarding Elimination of Anti-Social Forces

Custom Media K.K. (the “Company”) hereby declares that it shall fulfills its social responsibilities as a company by implementing as its fundamental policies the following items with regard to the eradication of gangs, gang members, quasi-gang members, gang related companies, corporate extortionists, special intelligence gangs, thugs advocating social or political movements, or those pursue economic benefit by use of violence, force, or fraudulent methods and the like (collectively the “Anti-Social Forces”) from its business.

• In the provision of its products or services or in any other form of transaction, the Company will not conduct business with Anti-Social Forces.
• The Company shall reject any and all unreasonable demands by Anti-Social Forces.
• The Company shall take legal action, both civil and criminal, against any unreasonable demands by Anti-Social Forces.
