Announced on January 9, the initiative aims to reduce confusion, minimize errors, and enhance productivity by providing intuitive, no-code digital guides that eliminate the need for manuals. Tech Touch enables Mizuho FG to customize system interfaces, support data entry with on-screen guidance, and notify employees of critical updates directly within the system. The decision to adopt Tech Touch was driven by its proven track record, comprehensive support system, and ability to address the challenges of integrating SaaS solutions with Japanese work culture. As a result, the company has seen a significant decrease in operational inquiries and improved efficiency, marking a key step in Mizuho FG’s digital transformation efforts.
Nippon Travel Agency Cuts SaaS Management Costs by ¥20 Million with ITboard
On January 9th, PR Times reported (in Japanese) that the Nippon Travel Agency, Japan’s largest travel agency, has successfully implemented ITcloud Inc.’s SaaS management platform, ITboard, to centralize the management of 6,600 SaaS accounts, achieving a cost reduction of approximately ¥20 million. Previously, SaaS management was handled manually across departments, leading to inefficiencies and security concerns. ITboard was selected for its user-friendly interface and affordable pricing, enabling the agency to streamline operations and enhance security. The platform offers comprehensive features, including shadow IT detection and account health monitoring. ITcloud Inc., established in 2018, continues to innovate with services such as ITreview, a leading B2B review platform, and the newly launched ITreview Secure Check for security assessments. This successful implementation highlights ITboard’s effectiveness in helping enterprises optimize SaaS usage and reduce operational costs.
Dunning Automation SaaS “Compuru” to Exhibit at Back Office World 2025 Spring Tokyo
ThinQ Healthcare Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Speee Inc., will showcase its dunning automation SaaS, Compuru, at Back Office World 2025 Spring Tokyo, taking place at Tokyo Big Sight from January 29 to 31, 2025. Mixtend’s TimeRex Tops Japan’s Best SaaS NPS® 2024 Awards
According to a PR Times report (in Japanese), Mixtend Co., Ltd. announced that its business schedule automation tool, TimeRex, has been ranked first in “The best SaaS NPS® in Japan 2024,” a ranking by customer success management tool Fullstar.
