Katsura has worked in the Facilities and Administrative (F&A) field at several Japanese and foreign capital firms in Tokyo for 20 years. She joined Custom Media in 2024 as the Administrative Assistant.

With over 14 years of experience in Japan, Jody has helped numerous local and global brands on their cross-border promotions. Guided by her strong background in marketing strategy and brand development, she leads our team to develop strategic, integrated solutions to meet each client’s marketing needs. Being trilingual in English, Japanese, and Chinese, she is also responsible for building networks with other creative agencies across the globe and engaging in joint projects.
